I would love to see the order of finagling the exposure triangle (setting exposure, the contrast, then spill ratios) and the camera capture triangle (iso, shutter speed, iris). Most I know how to manipulate but I don’t know if there is a preferred order to work from or that others know the difference and how they effect capture-able dynamic range and depth of field relatively speaking.
Also the system for 3-point lighting, 4-point lighting, 9-point and so on.
Framing for facing dialogue, vs car interior set ups.
The inverse square rule on lights to adjust contrast ratio.
These are all things that I see wrong on sets all the time!
