Join us for First Monday Mega-Mixer with Reel Women. Originally, a tradition of the Reel Women film group, the RW First Monday Mix became the First Monday Mega-Mixer, a joint event, sponsored by both Reel Women and the Austin Film Meet, upon Sherry Mills’ suggestion to bring the community together. We liked the idea so much, we made it a habit.

Other related groups are encouraged to join us for a mixer of mega proportions!

About Austin Film Meet

The Austin Film Meet is a monthly networking event that brings together local film, video and media makers of all types and skill levels in a fun, friendly atmosphere. We encourage a sense of community and a pay-it-forward attitude within our group. We believe in helping each other help each other. By working together, we accomplish more, faster and better. The mixer is open to anyone with an interest in pursuing film, video or new media. We are producers, directors, actors, crew, artists, promoters, writers, photographers, cinematographers, designers, grips, gaffers, sound mixers & recordists, sound designers, musicians, composers, coordinators, and more! It takes a village to raise a film! http://www.austinfilmmeet.com
