Looking for crew and actors for 48 Hour Horror Film Project. If you’re not familiar with this competition, it’s where teams compete for whoever can make the best movie in 48 hours, and this time the theme is horror. So if you love horror movies, whether that’s art-horror, psychological thrillers or classic slasher movies, we’re looking for you!
Payment: Part of the competition rules are that all involved must be on a volunteer-only basis. I don’t believe in not paying artists for their work but it is part of the official rules. There will be food provided on the day of filming, however.
Details:
Availability all day on October 14th, 2017. (Specific times/location to follow).
Able to meet at least once before then (quick meet and greet type of stuff)
Crew positions needed:
-Director of Photography (or Assistant Camera)
-Boom Mic Operator
-Production Assistants (two)

About the team: My name is Alexa, and I’m the team lead. Our team is called Maxine’s Castle. I’ve worked as a judge for short film competitions, screenwriting competitions and I’ve also worked as a production assistant, make up artist, and actress on various short film projects. My significant other, Uriyah, has years of experience recording audio so he will be running audio and sound while I do writing, make up, directing and lighting.
