Project details:
Client: Major Tech Brand (Will share client name once confirmed)
Rate: $2000/day (inclusive of a fitting the day prior to shooting)
Usage: Above the line, no broadcast / OOH / print. Usage is 5 years. (Excerpt listed below)
Dates: March 12-14, 2026
(Fitting will be 1-1.5 hours the day prior)
(Shoot is March 13+14)
Term: Five (5) years from first use date
Media: Unlimited worldwide use including channel third-party advertising for Client products and services. (Channel advertising is marketing material created for Client-licensed third-party
retailers such as Best Buy, Target, etc. Channel advertising can be, but is not limited to,
in-store signage, coupons, outdoor/OOH, bus shelters, billboards, etc.). Client may use,
and may make available to third parties, all produced work for public relations purposes in
any and all media now known or hereafter invented. Client shall have no obligation to
retrieve, withdraw, or retire materials created hereunder that were used or released as
authorized by this Agreement during the Term (including but not limited to materials
included in Client software), provided that Apple shall not authorize any new use of the
materials after the expiration of the Term.
EXCLUSIONS: Client purchased print, outdoor and broadcast advertising
Option: Five (5) year renewal term, in the Media outlined above at rate of $1500
