Location: Dallas/Austin + surrounding areas

We’re looking for passionate, reliable, collaborative pros for both main unit and second unit positions including.
- Director of Photography (DP)
Strong handheld + performance lighting experience. Key creative partner. - Gaffer
Leads lighting setups. Works closely with DP on tone and mood. - Key Grip
Handles rigs, mounts, safety, and camera movement support. - 1st AC (Focus Puller)
Maintains focus, lenses, RED camera support. - Production Sound Mixer
Captures clean dialogue and live music where needed. - 1st Assistant Director (1st AD)
Schedules, manages set flow, directs background. - Script Supervisor
Tracks continuity, lines, pickups. Critical for editing later. - DIT / Media Manager
Handles RED card offloads, backups, transcodes. - Production Designer
Leads the visual world: props, set dressing, art team. - Casting Associate / Director
Helps source local talent + run sessions. - Set Dresser / Art PA
Executes the designer’s vision. Fast hands on tight sets. - BTS Videographer / Stills Photographer
Captures content for social, EPK, and press kits. - Location Manager
Scouts, locks, and manages communication for location owners.
