The classes will be taught by Producer, Theta Catalon, who began her film career as an actress. That path soon led her to writing, directing and producing her first short film “Academic Affairs”; which went on to be NOMINATED for Best Domestic Short at the 7th Annual 2009 Queens International Film Festival. Her acting & filmmaking career thus far includes work in several short films, commercials, webisodes, music videos and five feature films; to include her latest production efforts “Because I Love You”; which is currently being distributed worldwide and “Flashes”; in which she was the recipient of the inaugural Houston Filmmaker Grant that went on to WIN Best Sound Design and was NOMINATED for Best Drama at the 10th Annual 2014 Action on Film Festival.

*Guest Speaker: Aaton Cohen-Sitt is currently the Managing Partner of Jungle Software, makers of Gorilla, Film Production Software for Filmmakers. He will demonstrate the traditional film scheduling & budgeting software package that consist of every facet of production to include breakdown sheets, stripboards, budgets, calendar, cast & crew, call sheets, locations, props, shot lists, storyboards, expenses and more can be administered with ease and precision.
**Bonus Guest Speaker: Author Drea Delgado of the national bestselling book series, Loyalty & Respect, will video conference in to discuss the upcoming production for the proof of concept trailer that will be produced by T-CAT Films.
