Cancellation and refund Policy
If you complete at least 8 hours or 1/2 of the course (whichever is less) and are dissatisfied, you may request a refund in writing (providing there is a reasonable basis for the dissatisfaction) no later than the 14th day of the conclusion of the course. If you give 48 hours cancellation notice, you may apply unused portion of payment toward a future correlated course or, if you request a refund in writing before the course begins, you may receive a full refund.
