Hispanic House Location Needed – Austin, TX

HISPANIC HOUSE LOCATION NEEDED – INTERESTING, HISPANIC/LATINO KID-FRIENDLY HOME LOCATION NEEDED FOR KRAFT FOODS COMMERCIAL
A national commercial for a Kraft Foods product will be filming in the Austin area in early March and we are seeking middle class, Latino/Hispanic influenced homes in the Austin area that also have a kid-friendly feel to use as a filming backdrop.The house should feel lived-in, middle-class, or working class, and that the kids are key element of the owner’s lives, as well as the kitchen.
Wherever we film, we will pay a location fee of $2000 for the day and will provide a certificate of insurance. We anticipate each house we use will involve one shoot day.
We hope to find slightly older homes, possibly in a traditional Central Austin neighborhood, or slightly further away from downtown. The areas of the home in which we may film include kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, kids room(s) (should feel 3 – 7 years of age), or possibly an outdoor patio and yard for cooking out. The commercial will feature a family cooking together, then enjoying the fruits of their labor.
