Looking for Craft Services package quotes for 8 days for 25-30 people for a Low Budget pilot.
Here’s an idea of what we’re looking for:
Crafty tent with drinks, coffee, and constant healthy snacks (granola bars, nut mixes, fruit, veggies, etc.), breakfast goodies each day, then more hefty snacks a few times a day like meat and cheese trays, chicken salad in cups with bread available if wanted, hummus, sandwiches, pizza…somewhat “hot”/protein snacks.
Locations will be mostly Austin area with one or two days in San Marcos and another day in Lockhart.
