Synopsis: A down-on-his luck door-to-door salesman, named Daniel Diaz, proposes to his girlfriend on Valentine’s Day, only to be denied, spiraling him into an 8 month drinking, cheeseball eating, and Nintendo 64 playing depression. It’s up to his best friends; a lady’s man named Roberto “Bob” Dunn and a comic book junkie named Analise Monroe to help Daniel get out of his depression. Along the way, Daniel meets a beautiful young psychology major working at a music store named Isabella Fernandez and her sister, Mya, who both have a tragic past of their own that they are trying to recover from. Based on the Award Winning 48 Hour Film Project 2014 film of the same name.

1. Isabella Fernandez (LEAD) (20) – Hispanic/Anglo Brunette between 5’0 and 5’5. Cute, loyal, dependent, naive, and book-smart younger sister of Mya and Christian Fernandez; Cello playing is a plus, but is not required. Actress who gets the part will be taught the cello.
2. Bliss Bertolucci (SUPPORTING) (30) – Hispanic/Anglo Brunette between 5’0 and 5’7. Loyal, kind, beautiful, and independent. Has a 16-year-old daughter named Sydney.
3. Tessandra “Tess” Piazza (RECURRING) (21-25) – Anglo between 5’0 and 5’8. Strong- willed and loyal girlfriend of indie musician Hugh Alexander and is the lead singer in his band. MUST be able to sing.
4. Shawn Velasquez (RECURRING) (25) – Hispanic/Anglo Brunette between 5’7 and 5’9. Arrogant, charming, and womanizing musician that is good friends with Mya’s brother Christian.
5. Andrea Fernandez (RECURRING) (25) – Hispanic/Anglo Brunette between 5’0 and 5’8. Kind, caring, and independent. Christian’s wife.
6. Marie (RECURRING) (25-40) – Any ethnicity. Brunette between 5’0 and 5’7. A jazz club singer. MUST be able to sing.
7. Eva Diaz (RECURRING) (34-50) – Hispanic/Anglo Brunette between 5’0 and 5’8. Daniel Diaz’s over protective mother. Married and has two children.
8. Joey (RECURRING) (16-21) – Any ethnicity. Veronica Diaz’s chill and worry-free stoner boyfriend.
9. Owney Martini (RECURRING) (35-60) – Any ethnicity between 5’7 and 6’4. Smart, cunning, handsome, ruthless. Owner of a nightclub called The Empire Club.

Special Notes for Potential Cast/Crew: Auditions will be on January 17th and 18th. We will be shooting a promo trailer for the series for a Seed & Spark Campaign on March 8th, 15th, and 21st and shoot the series tentatively on July 1st.
