A highly-acclaimed filmmaking team is seeking an experienced VFX Coordinator to manage the Austin-based VFX office for a major motion picture. The position is expected to continue through fall 2015.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:
• Managing in-house VFX resources
• Liaising with vendors
• Managing budgets and schedules with Visual Effects Supervisor
• Overseeing and documenting review session with Director
Experience / Skills:
• Excellent organization and written communication skills
• Knowledge of VFX process and terminology
• Proficient with Excel / Numbers and FilemakerPro (some database modification skills ideal but not essential)
• Familiarity with Shotgun preferred
