Synopsis: A music video for the DJ remix of the 1950’s song “Tequila”, remixed by DJ Vinnie Maniscalco (song entitled, “TaKillYa”). The basis of the music video is a gatsby-like, formal party at a mansion in the 1950’s. The party is extravagant! Dancing, gossiping, gambling, laughing, drinking, your usual high-class party. All goes well until one of the party guests becomes uncontrollably drunk, and he eventually causes a mass fist fight that turns the party upside down. When the morning after comes everyone is passed out on the ground either from the alcohol or the fist fight, and the house is in shambles. The owner of the house, unaware of this party that occurred at his manor the night before, walks in and finds this disaster waiting for him.
Character Breakdowns:
20 party guests: 10 men, 10 women.
men guests: Must wear either a tuxedo or other formal 50’s attire. If you’re unable to supply a costume for yourself please mention this when submitting for the role.
women guests: Must wear a fancy gown/dress that would be somewhat relevant to the times of the 50’s. Lavish jewelry and makeup is also preferred. Once again, if you’re unable to supply this for yourself please mention this when submitting for the role.
An owner of the manor.
owner: A simple yet wealthy, clean-cut man. Must wear casual 50’s clothes (imagine something out of Mad Men).
A party saxophonist: DOES NOT actually need to know how to play the saxophone. Just need an extra person for this role. Again, please wear formal 50’s attire with a fedora and shades.
