Synopsis: Twin Yolk Productions is casting for the Water, Texas What’s Your Story? short film contest being held by The Texas Water Foundation. Production will be in July and the production is looking for four roles to fill. The plot involves a night of drinking for four college friends and how their use of water (or lack thereof) affects their evening and the following morning. While most submissions will most likely focus on truly personal stories, maybe even leaning towards documentary style, Twin Yolk Productions would like to tell a story that many of the college students in Austin can relate to.

Character Breakdowns:
Krissy – Her beauty and attitude solidifies her as the “Queen Bee” of the group. She is harsh with her razor sharp remarks and is devilishly cute. Age range 18-30

Bella – The “anomaly” of the group. Although constantly on her phone, she is not just surfing Tumbler. She will pop into a conversation with a clever remark that seems from out of the blue. Age range 18-30

James – The “little brother” of the group. Always on the defense and not afraid to stick up for himself… and he owns a cat. Age range 18-30

Alex – The “alpha male” of the group. Witty and smart, he just wants to have a good time with his friends. Goes by his last name, Sampson… and he always has the weed. Age range 18-30

The production is very excited to help raise awareness regarding the true vale of our water sources and we hope to attract talent that feels the same way with our short film, Whiskey and a Water.

The casting call will take place on Saturday, June 13th and Sunday, June 14th at Habitat Suites in Austin, Texas from 10AM to 4PM. Please send headshots and resumes as well as a link to previous work to jason.r.mcguire@gmail.com or michaelwmusselman@gmail.com.
