Austin Film Meet Volunteers Meeting
Tuesday, April 26, 2016
WHEN: 4:00 to 8:00 pm. Drop in whenever you can and stay as long as you can.
WHERE: Located at a member’s private residence in East Austin. Location revealed upon RSVP.
WHAT TO BRING: If you use a laptop and a cell phone, they may come in handy. If you don’t bring a laptop, you may also want something for note taking. Also, please bring and drinks or snacks you may want. We have filtered ice water available.
ACTIVITIES: We have lots of little things that you can help with and a few big things, too. Such as:
- Input email addresses from our event sign-in sheets into our MailChimp mailing list.
- Search for Texas film events and community film news to include on our website, in our newsletter and in our upcoming video updates.
- Assemble signs to be used at events.
- Welcome new AFM members via email, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Make scheduled Austin Film Meet posts on Twitter and Facebook.
- Write articles for Austin Film Meet’s blog.
- Post on behalf of AFM on various websites and blogs.
