Are you great at reviewing independent movies and video content?
Austin Film Meet is currently seeking a film review writer to add to our team. The right candidate will have strong writing skills and be able to watch and fairly review a wide range of independent content, spanning various genres and levels, from student to semi-pro to pro video and film content.
Strong opinions are encouraged, but overly negative attitudes are not desired. Prefer a strong ability to break down what you see. No previous experience is required. Just a strong, effective writing style.
This position involves reviewing a short or feature or series project, typically online, and submitting a written review of at least 800 words every two weeks.
