The Hospitality Director’s primary objective is to connect with individuals in our group and effectively respond to their needs and build a stronger community. will work side-by-side with our Director and other staff to coordinate outstanding hospitality at our events and online. They will manage the preparation, setup and operation of the Welcome Space where guests and members sign-in, get a name tag and receive a warm welcome. The Hospitality Director will also manage our Hospitality Team, which consists of event volunteers appointed to the team. The Hospitality Director will manage RSVPs, sign-in sheets and name tags, as well as special benefits for members and occasionally gifts for our VIPs.
This right candidate for this position will be comfortable talking to all kinds of people and have strong communication skills. Friendliness, warmth and an ability to make people feel welcome are pivotal. This person may also be asked to help wrangle guests, VIPs and sometimes even volunteers.
This person will also be responsible for overseeing the hospitality and customer service matters.
This person should be able to attend most events regularly.
